Beth was born in Stratford-Upon-Avon in the UK, which is also the birthplace of the famous William Shakespeare. Since leaving school at the age of 16, Beth worked in all areas of hospitality leading her to becoming a manager of a small restaurant in her hometown. After gaining her STCW on the Isle of Wight, she joined the yachting industry in 2013, starting out as a stewardess. Having caught the travel bug after her first year in yachting, Beth decided to travel and work throughout Australia & New Zealand for 12 months before rejoining the industry in 2015. Beth has a keen eye for detail which allowed her to work her way up to chief stew on M/Y Lady Goodgirl, before altering paths to become a chef. Following her true passion in life, Beth took a short break from yachting in 2017 to study at Ashburton culinary school and qualified with a level 4 diploma in culinary arts subsequently allowing her to successfully enjoy previous roles as a sole and sous chef. Beth is a keen diver and spends her free time exploring the depths! She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé and is a soon-to-be auntie! Beth joined Mirage in 2021.
