Tahlee was born in New Zealand and has spent the last ten years cooking abroad in Rarotonga, Singapore and Europe.
Tahlee began her culinary training in New Zealand and then spent two years in The Cook Islands before graduating to various fine dining restaurants in Queenstown, New Zealand. Tahlee then moved to South East Asia, working in various multicultural establishments, ending her stay at Resort World on Sentosa Island in Singapore .
Like most successful chefs, Tahlee has fostered a strong work ethic and also has respect for the natural beauty in flavours, textures and ingredients that are seasonal and locally available. She emphasises this in the preparation, believing that fresh and quality ingredients speak for themselves with simple healthy preparation methods .
Tahlee has friends all over the world and spends her time off visiting as many of them as she can. She loves to travel and explore new cultures.
Tahlee joined M/Y Mirage in 2012.
